Job Description
The QC Field Staff is responsible for monitoring and inspecting product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with company standards and quality requirements. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Conduct quality inspections and monitoring activities throughout the manufacturing process.
- Record inspection results and report quality issues promptly.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards, specifications, and food safety requirements.
- Monitor production operations and identify any non-conformities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate QC records and documentation.
- Follow company regulations, GMP, hygiene, and safety requirements.
- Perform other quality control duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related technical fields.
- Experience in factory quality control (QC) is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive on-the-job training.
- Careful, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willing to work in shifts.
