Producing functional protein from seafood by-products takes more than good technology. It takes people who understand the process, respect the standards and look out for one another. At Marine Biotech Vietnam factory, the Aquaproducts production hub in Long An, our crew is trained, recognised and connected, and it shows in how we work every day.
Safety comes first
Safety is the foundation of everything we do. Aquaproducts recently trained its staff in first aid, chemical safety, occupational safety and electrical safety. The programme built practical skills for handling real situations and strengthened a shared habit of following safety rules at work. Our people took part actively, and the Safety First culture is spreading across the team.
Always learning, always improving
Our crew keeps learning. A recent ISO training session helped standardise working procedures and build a culture of continuous improvement, with practical content delivered by our leadership team and trainers. On 21 September 2026, all employees also joined an internal session on company rules, policies and benefits. The aim was simple: understand them correctly, apply them correctly, and know how to raise concerns and use the benefits available. A transparent, professional workplace is one that people can trust.
Together, we grow
Progress deserves to be celebrated. Our August results ceremony, themed Together, We Grow, honoured the achievements of the whole Aquaproducts’s team. Our leaders also shared stories from the company’s early days: the challenges, the persistence and the effort behind the Aquaproducts of today. Each milestone may look small, but together they reflect teamwork, commitment and the determination to keep moving forward.
A team that is connected
A strong crew is also a close one. Every month, Aquaproducts gathers for a Happy Meal lunch, and in August the Trade Union used the occasion to celebrate members’ birthdays. For Mid-Autumn 2026, the Union gave mooncakes to every member as a thank-you for their contribution. For Vietnamese Women’s Day on 20 October, colleagues competed in a cake-decorating contest full of creativity and colour, a fun way to celebrate the women of our team.
